We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect for exploring this beautiful city, with the castle, Sanctus Vitus cathedral, and the famous Charles Bridge all within walking distance. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious room that had two beds, a couch, and even a kitchen. The cleanliness was impressive, and we had a comfortable sleep. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay, providing excellent service and free internet access throughout the property. Breakfast was also good, offering a variety of options. this hotel offered great value for the money.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the castle and Charles Bridge. It is also conveniently close to restaurants, currency exchange places, and metro stations. the friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs, even allowing us to check in early. the spacious rooms provided plenty of space to relax and were great value for money.
The breakfast options were limited, especially for vegetarians, with only cheese and yogurt available.

The location is just perfect and the price is more than fair. The ratio value/price is very good.

I chose this hostel for price but later realised I could have somwhere cheaper. It is a nice hostel with fantastic wifi facilities. Nice and clean place. Only stayed for two nights but would have stayed longer if they had not been fully booked.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Prague. the location was ideal, being close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle of Charles Bridge. The hotel was conveniently located near the Sanctus Vitus cathedral, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot or using the nearby metro or tram. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, with basic amenities and even a kitchen, which was a nice bonus. I was also lucky to have a room with a balcony that offered a beautiful view. Lastly, the breakfast included in the price was a great way to start the day.
All in all, everything was perfectly fine with my stay at this hotel.

Budget friendly and the location was excellent, being right next to the Charles Bridge, and 1 tram stop away from the Metro. The places around the hostel/hotel stay open till late in the night.
The beds were really squeaky. If you move a little bit it makes a lot of noise, which I believe would have disturbed the other people who shared the dormitory. Also, it will be better if they serve coffee/tea in the hostel (even if they have to charge for it).

Good location, and nice staff! The kitchen is very convienience to the family travel with young kids!!
The new clean lady didn't do her job clean the room. our floor was quite messy in the second moring, but after we got back from outside at night, the floor was still messy!! We had ask the nice staff to help us clean up the floor! the exchange rate they use is 1EUR=26kc, that means you have to pay more if you book the room in EUR!

The hotel's location was great as it was in the center of the city and close to many restaurants and shops. the room was spacious and had a nice view of the city skyline. the bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.
The hotel was not well maintained and cleanliness was not up to standard. the carpets were stained and we found dust on the bedside tables.

This hotel/hostel is in a fantastic location on the same road as Charles Bridge! We parked our car at the garage at the Rudolphinium, and walked everywhere with our 5 kids ages 19 to 7; Castle hill, Petrin hill, old town square, Wenceslas square... We loved that the hotel could accommodate all 7 of us in one room. WiFi worked in the room, and the hotel has a computer room as well. Not fancy, but sheets were clean, bathroom and kitchen were clean. So, in the room were the seven beds, 4 wicker chairs with cushions, and a table with four chairs. Kitchen had a stovetop, fridge, sink, coffeepot. Bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and a shower with good water pressure. There is an elevator as well. Happy with this choice. We are Americans living in Poland.
No bathtub for younger kids. No microwave for late-night popcorn snacks! No air conditioning, so a little warm and street noise when windows are open... We didn't mind it too much.
